Here’s where almost all Board Table Business Communication Frustration comes from.

“We’re better. We know we’re better. But because they say they’re better, even though we know they’re not, consumers don’t know who to believe. So how do we win?”

The answer is… you don’t. From a Business Communication perspective, the battle of better is the wrong battle.

You see, it’s better to be different than it is to be better. And if you state your difference differently, done right, that’s the battle you can win – and much more profitably too. Because in time, this approach pushes cost down and sales up.
