There’s one key ingredient in any opportunity.
An ingredient that many people forget.
Or maybe never even recognise.
And that ingredient is you.
The Tree
That question about the tree.
You know.
This one:
“If a tree falls down in the middle of a forest with no one around for miles.
Does it make a sound?
Well, I’ve heard the argument go back and forth about this.
And I think that.
Today.
I’ll say that the answer is no.
Today, I’ll say that if a tree falls down in the middle of a forest with no one around for miles.
That it does not make a sound.
I’ll say that the tree does not make a sound unless someone is there to hear it.
And the reason I’ll answer the question like this today.
Is because it helps me to illustrate my point about there being one key ingredient in any opportunity.
An ingredient that many people forget.
Or maybe never even recognise.
And that ingredient is you.
Because if you’re not there to recognise the opportunity.
And to take the opportunity.
Then the opportunity isn’t there either.
Just like the sound from the tree is not there unless someone is there to hear it.
Turn up.
So turn up.
And keep turning up.
Keep moving forward.
Because opportunities for you are definitely out there.
But only if the key ingredient is there too.
And that ingredient is you.
