When you’re looking forward.

Don’t pick ‘worry’.

Pick ‘nostalgia’ and smile.
Don’t pick ‘regret’.
Self-talk.
I have to remind myself of these choices.
In my self-talk.
Because I do worry.
And I do have regrets.
But both are a waste of bloody time.
