Similarly beautiful and surprising is a plumber called Pete Gilbert. Pete decided to show, well, whoever wanted to watch, how he does plumbing. His chosen method of delivery? Take the piss out of whiney customers. The result? An educational, real, funny thing where more and more customers (the people he’s taking the piss out of) joined the queue to book Pete for plumbing jobs.
